Cookie Policy
1 · What this covers
This Policy explains the cookies and similar storage used on the Abloh website. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more generally. It does not cover the Abloh service itself, which runs inside your CI and sets no cookies.
2 · Strictly necessary storage
We store one item without asking: the record of the cookie choice you make below. Without it we would have to ask you on every page. It is kept in your browser's local storage, is never transmitted with requests, and contains only the choice made and the date it was made.
abloh.cookie-consent — your cookie choice and its date. Local storage, kept until you clear it or the cookie categories change.
3 · Analytics, and what changes when you accept
Before you choose, we count the page you are reading using PostHog in cookieless mode. No cookie is set, nothing is written to your device, and no identifier is kept between page loads, so we cannot recognise you on a later visit or link one page to the next. If you accept, PostHog stores an identifier so repeat visits are counted as one person rather than many, and session recording starts. If you refuse, all of it stops. PostHog is our processor and stores data in the European Union.
ph_phc_… — set only if you accept. Distinguishes one browser from another so repeat visits are not counted as new people. First-party cookie plus local storage, set by PostHog, retained up to 12 months.
We collect pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the signup buttons you interact with. If you accept, we also record your session — pointer movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation — so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything you type is masked in your browser before it is sent, so form contents, including your email address, are never recorded. We do not store your IP address against your profile, and we do not use analytics for advertising.
4 · What we do not use
No advertising or retargeting cookies. No cross-site tracking. No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
5 · Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your mind at any time using the control on this page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and clears the analytics storage already set. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting, and refusing costs you no functionality on this site.
6 · Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a private browsing mode that discards storage when you close it. Blocking the strictly necessary item above only means you will be asked for your cookie choice again.
7 · Contact
Questions about this Policy can be sent to the contact address given in our Privacy Policy. Alexandria Limited is the controller for the website.
